Hello, my name is Isabelle Veeder and my son is a junior in Bainbridge Island and we would like to know more about this school.
Read in fullWe entered this school on the recommendation of friends. I really liked the location of the school, besides, we selected a school with an American program, since the child dreamed of entering an American university. The school, in principle, met our expectations. The level of education they give is good, but not outstanding. Living conditions are decent. Since this was the only option with a boarding house and an American program, we somehow did not compare prices with other schools, and when for the sake of interest we decided to look at similar options in Austria, we were pleasantly surprised that our school is worth adequate money. Sasha has another year to study. Already now he is very actively working on preparing for admission. I hope we succeed!
Read in fullAmerican International is a good and probably the only option for a boarding school in Austria, where you can study at the American High School program. When we arrived there for the first time, we were not particularly impressed with the living conditions: the school clearly needed a thorough repair. However, in recent years, the school has managed to solve these problems and correct the shortcomings of living. More extracurricular activities and sports were also offered. We are glad that in the end we chose this school. The level of education here is really good.
Read in fullMy sons were in this school from grades 10 to 12. Before admission, with the help of the smapse agency, it was possible to organize a visit to the school and a personal meeting with the director. The school has a great location. We liked Salzburg itself very much - a beautiful beautiful city with clean air and an amazing fortress on the mountain. While on the territory of the school, you can admire the mountains. A peaceful and inspiring place. As for the school itself, the level of education here is not bad, but nothing much should be expected. The school has a fairly affordable price compared to similar options in Austria. In my opinion, for such money the school offers a decent level of education and accommodation. Of the shortcomings, I can note a rather impressive number of Russian speakers in school. It wasn't critical for us. The main thing in school is everything, but a decent level of education and a comfortable environment for the child. They can give it here.
