Public Offer for the Purchase of Digital Goods and Services on the ED-EX.com Platform
General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (“Offer”) is an official proposal by ED-EX GLOBAL FZCO, operating under the brand name ED-EX.com (hereinafter the “Seller,” “we,” “our Platform”), to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Buyer,” “user”) to enter into a contract for the sale of digital goods and/or provision of services under the terms outlined below.
1.2. This Offer is public and shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer (in accordance with the Civil Code of the UAE) upon acceptance.
1.3. Acceptance of this Offer occurs when the Buyer:
- Clicks the “Buy” button or any similar call to action;
- Or makes a payment for a product or service listed on ED-EX.com;
- Or completes a paid order through the Platform.
1.4. This Public Offer (“Offer”) is an official proposal by ED-EX GLOBAL FZCO, operating under the brand name ED-EX.com (hereinafter the “Seller,” “we,” “our Platform”), to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Buyer,” “user”) to enter into a contract for the sale of digital goods and/or provision of services under the terms outlined below.
Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with access to paid digital content and online services, including but not limited to:
- Guides and educational materials;
- Application support for academic institutions;
- Consulting and preparatory services.
2.2. All digital goods are delivered electronically through the user’s personal account or the email address provided during purchase.
Contract Formation
3.1. A contract is deemed concluded upon:
- Completing an order on the Platform;
- Paying for the selected product/service through the integrated payment system (e.g., Stripe);
- Automatic or manually confirmed access to the digital product.
3.2. Upon successful payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation via email, along with access to the purchased product or service through their account, where applicable.
Pricing and Payment
4.1. The current prices for products and services are listed on the respective product pages. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not apply to already completed purchases.
4.2. Payment is processed through the third-party payment platform Stripe. The Seller does not store or process any bank card information.
Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the ED-EX.com Platform is the intellectual property of the Seller or its partners. All rights are reserved.
5.2. The Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use of the purchased digital content. Redistribution, copying, public display, or commercial use without written permission from the Seller is strictly prohibited.
Returns and Cancellations
6.1. In accordance with UAE law, digital goods and online services are not eligible for return or refund once access has been provided (e.g., when a file is downloaded, opened, or viewed).
6.2. Refunds are only possible in cases of technical failure on the part of the Seller to deliver the product or service, and only if the Buyer has not accessed the digital content.
6.3. To request a refund, the Buyer must contact customer support at support@ed-ex.com, providing the order number and the reason for the request.
Account Deletion and Access to Products
7.1. If a user deletes their account, all associated data, including order history and access to purchased materials, is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
7.2. Users may create a new account with the same email address, but previous purchases and access rights will not be recovered.
7.3. Deleting an account is considered a voluntary waiver by the user of access to services and any licenses associated with the purchased digital content.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by third parties (including payment processors, hosting providers, or ISPs), or for failures due to force majeure circumstances.
8.2. The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during purchase and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. This Offer and any related contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2. The Parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Seller’s registered office.
