The college was introduced when they were choosing a school for their daughter after the 9th grade. We asked Smapse to find options for us, and Earlscliffe was one of them. I was immediately impressed by the results of graduates: among the universities where schoolchildren of the last graduation were enrolled were UCL, Imperial, Queen Mary. Of course, this does not mean that your child gets there either (fortunately, we had no illusions about this), but it definitely added to the plus of this school. As a result, they went to Earlscliffe and Abbey Cambridge. The entrance exams were similar: first an English test, then an interview. The daughter said that the level of complexity of the tests was above average. The child was engaged in English at that time for a long time, so she received the desired result for both colleges. We decided to go to Earlscliffe, we liked it in its format much more than Abbey. Earlscliffe is such a small almost traditional British college. A good ratio between foreigners and the British themselves. There are very few Russians. My daughter had no class at all. The middle-aged teachers with a good level of professionalism gave a lot of additional material for students who wanted to dive deeper into the subject. There were generally good impressions of the three years spent here.

Our friends had a child who graduated from this college a few years ago, so we decided to go there, so to speak, along the well-trodden path) Enrollment in college was quite quick and trouble-free: my son passed an English test + an interview. With oral and written English, the child did not have a breakdown, since from the first grade he has been engaged in additional English. At Earlscliffe, my son studied for a total of 3 years (IGSCE + A level). Especially good impressions were left from the teachers in chemistry and English, as well as from our Russian-speaking guardian Elena, whom we were recommended in the smapse agency.

Earlscliffe is perfect for those who want to enter the LSE. Did here A-level 2 years ago. In addition to good preparation for exams, Earlscliffe had a joint program with the LSE, which allowed you to participate in university activities and listen to lectures. And yes, I ended up enrolling in the LSE and am now in my final year of undergraduate studies) In addition, there is a TEDx Talks club, and all sorts of sports clubs. But there is less sport than additional training sessions. Partly because the college is small, there is no large territory. But we very often went to Europe, once a year there was a traditional trip to New York for everyone. In my opinion, Earlscliffe will be a good option for those who want to study economics, politics, management and business.
