The program was launched as a child from the 4th through 5th grades (teenage problems and the problem with the school itself) and in order to literally “get up off one’s knees” (the current “2” and “3” in the electronic diary) the son needed a teacher with a capital letter . Ruslan Dmitrievich - just such a specialist. Ruslan Dmitrievich is a professional in his field, a highly qualified teacher. A truly teacher-loving teacher, sincerely wanting to help the student, possessing all the necessary skills, but at the same time a strict and demanding teacher. Always asks for homework, never encourages laziness (this is especially important for us!). Ruslan Dmitrievich thoughtfully builds classes, the son instantly learns even very complex material. Immediately you feel a different, professional, approach that is different from the approach in a simple mass school. The teacher also answers all questions of interest, never leaves you unattended, always calls and explains everything in detail. Even when the child was on sick leave and could not attend classes, Ruslan Dmitrievich regularly maintained contact with us, parents, and also consulted on all issues. The son’s academic performance has leveled off, now, to our great joy, we have reached the stable “4”, which we are extremely happy about. Our impressions of the school are positive. They came to Lancman School unexpectedly for themselves, as supporters of public education. The prehistory of acquaintance with LS began with a visit to a vacation camp. Impressed that the children at school are smiling, relaxed and generally happy with their life, we decided to try private education. They came to the 8th grade for a year, about which they immediately notified the administration. A year later they moved to the Cadet School, all according to the preliminary plan. The result of academic performance was ordinary and average, which is normal for our child; grades are slightly higher than gymnasium ones. From the first days, they watched with what pleasure the son attends school, what friendly and friendly relations with the administration, teachers and children. Ilya and Mikhail Lantsman personally communicate periodically with children. And the kids like these meetings. Some liberties in the classroom, such as sometimes making noise or arguing, are only good, and under the supervision of teachers. Every day we were informed about performance. Teachers brought to our attention what was happening with our child and gave a description of his success or recommendations for correction. The Directorate keeps literally every child in sight. At any time you can meet, discuss everything and agree. They will hear you, go to a meeting and do everything possible for mutual convenience. After a few months of visiting LS, I recommended that my older children send children to private schools, especially primary education, which will help save the whole family nerves, health, save children from complexes acquired during the study process, but again, everything is individual. Parents who choose a school for their children, I can recommend to decide on an understanding of the purpose (especially the child, need more free time, additional education, accessibility, etc.), visit the school repeatedly, take a closer look without quick and superficial conclusions. Discuss with the administration your priorities, visit your child for trial days, maybe a week, weigh the pros and cons. Education, as a commercial product, is a multifaceted and responsible sphere, which includes many objective and subjective indicators, causes and methods, expectations and results.
