I'm in my third year here. Initially, I chose a university based on the cost of education and subsequent living expenses, etc. In this regard, Glasgow is a really good option. A large city, there is always somewhere to go, and at the same time, prices, compared to other large cities, are very moderate. The training course is interesting, a lot of practice, there are good opportunities for internships in my specialty. In general, the career department at the university works well. They quickly help to find an internship in your specialty, regularly send mailings for your profession. I have already been able to pass several interviews. By the way, the recommendations on preparing for interviews helped me a lot.

I want to share my experience of full-time and distance learning at this university. Distance learning began with the first year, so it was quite difficult to get used to this format and understand the mode, since initially I counted on a different experience. It wasn't always okay. Some teachers were late for online lectures due to internet failure, etc. Since the second year, we have already fully begun to study full-time, and oh how glad I am! Listening to the lecturers in the audience is more interesting. There was a motivation to learn, besides, if there are questions, they can now just be asked to the teacher during the seminar, or come up after the lecture (I am a second-year student of Computer Science.)

He graduated from this university in 2019. There were very positive impressions about studying at this university and about my teachers. I especially want to mention the department of student support and career, thanks to them I received my first internship and, subsequently, a job. There were no problems with the teachers. I especially enjoyed working with my supervisor. We had similar areas of interest, so he took an active part in the work on my diploma and gave recommendations that helped a lot in the work. As for the city itself, it is, of course, for an amateur, but definitely has its own flavor. Prices for accommodation and meals are lower than in other regions of the UK.
