Hi I would like to apply for the foundation course for my son, who is fluent in English, however does not have a IELTS or TOEFL certification because it is not available in the country we live in (Angola). Is it possible to apply without it and take one once he arrives in the UK? or is there an option of taking the proficiency test with you test in order to be admitted for the Program?
