Read in fullOne of the best educational institutions in its class, which prepares chefs of a really high level. The curriculum consists almost entirely of practice, and most of the time is spent in the kitchen. Mentor chefs are simply the best. Professionals with a good sense of humor) In general, I recommend. Learning is not boring.
Read in fullA very small school of culinary arts. Both campuses (in Bouver and Brig) have a chic location. At the bachelor's degree, you study at Bouver for 2 years, at the last one you are transferred to Brig. Quite interesting programs under the guidance of well-known chefs. Recently, a completely vegetarian cuisine program has appeared. Good opportunities for practice, which are offered mainly in Switzerland itself. Another plus: almost everything is included in the cost of the program: for example, insurance and uniform.
