We really liked the programs: we believe that for troubled parents (the first time we sent a child abroad, 11 years old) and small children this is the best option. We've met with the family where Alice would live. Everything is detailed: who are they, how old are they, where do they live, what are the conditions in the house, etc. Of course, you worry when your child lives abroad, but Rachel (teacher) simply conquered us - such a friendly loving aunt, waiting for her nephew :) Actually, the impressions were justified: Rachel quickly found a common language with Alice, and they both looked very pleased with each other. The child lived in a good house, ate home-cooked food, talked with Rachel’s friends and relatives, went with them to visit the park for a walk, to the store — an extra plus here was that the daughter was not afraid, because there was always a person that could help. But the progress on arrival was immediately visible (even our local teacher noted), so the trip was quite well. Thanks to the manager Angelina for dispelling all our fears! We will advise Smapse to all our friends and acquaintances and we will come back more than once! Thank you! Sincerely, Julia.
Read in fullWe would like to thank the company Smapse and personally the manager Diana for a well-organized trip to London! I do not have the calmest parents, but you managed to find the right approach, quickly solve all the issues - it was a pleasure to go with you. Home Language International (teaching in the teacher's family) was very pleasant: it was effective, useful, the language was quickly and comfortably absorbed, the teacher was picked up just wonderful! Organization was on TOP: tickets, and meeting-seeing off at the airport, and transfer - well, London is just a fairy tale! I really want to go now again - we will soon pick up new courses with you :)
