Expensive, efficient, elite :) I needed a strong course (entry level is already B2), so I chose a more serious option. The consultant (Angelina) offered us, firstly, OISE as a well-known center with several branches. Secondly, Oxford as a prestige - actually good language centers throughout England, but, they say, Oxford is Oxford, we can be proud.) The course really came up: the first two days we were divided into groups (we wrote the entrance tests, a mini-interview, listening), the teachers looked closely at the group, who was ready for that. Then everything went well: a lot of new vocabulary. constant correction of accents, complex grammatical structures. In short, for the usual course I will not say, but I liked the increased complexity. Probably, I still like studying in large modern cities more. Of course, Oxford is very developed, but this is like a city with a city-forming enterprise: everything is so old and staid, the buildings are huge and the overall situation of tweed jackets. Like "good old England" - well-worn, and I think something like New York or Singapore will be closer, although I won't say anything bad about the school.
