At Oxford Sixth Form College, our daughter took the IGCSE program. We chose this option for two reasons. The first is that my daughter wanted to study at Oxford, and the second reason was that she wanted to study art and photography on the program. There were no problems with the first one, but the photos as an object on the IGCSE were difficult to find. In this captivity, Oxford Sixth Form fit perfectly. I would also like to note the teachers in these disciplines. They are truly professionals who are able to captivate with their subject. The choice of an educational institution has never been regretted. Of the minuses, I can note only a limited selection of additional circles, a section and a leisure program in general. But, since the main goal of the college is still to prepare foreign students for admission to universities, this is not particularly critical.
Read in fullA decent level of education at an adequate price. Two years ago we moved with my family to London for work. We were choosing an option for my son, at that time he was finishing the 9th grade. We turned to Smapps for help in selecting options, and I want to say a big thank you to our manager Elena for the excellent work and high professionalism. They helped us with the preparation for the tests, gave us full information about the college, organized a visit. The college itself is quite modern, I immediately liked that the small size of the classes (7-8 people, in some subjects it is less). The child did not have any special problems with adaptation: the staff at the school is friendly, there is no harsh tense atmosphere in the school and classes. Good additional English training for international students. Now the child is in the last year of study, while he really likes the work of the curator, who helps with applying to universities. The child is controlled, not allowed to relax.
Read in fullDid foundation (IFY) at Oxford Sixth Form. The college is located in the city itself on King Edward street, very close to the buildings of the University of Oxford. A small building with small classrooms. In general, as for the level of education, I can say that this is a standard college. The program helped me prepare for admission to the bachelor's degree in business management. The college has excellent tutors who help with filling out the application to UCAS. And in general, the staff is very good and friendly to students.
