RGS Surrey Hills is the junior school companion to the famous The Royal Grammar School, Guildford (RGS), founded in 1509. The Surrey Hills campus opened its doors in 2021, presenting a modern educational institution for preparatory-age students. The school is located in the picturesque countryside of Surrey county, offering an ideal environment for the learning and development of younger students. As part of the prestigious RGS educational group, the school inherits centuries-old traditions of academic excellence and innovation. The educational philosophy of RGS Surrey Hills is based on the principles of nurturing curiosity, creative thinking, and academic confidence from an early age. The school utilizes a unique approach called "RGS Ready," which prepares students for a successful transition to the senior school RGS Guildford. The learning process combines traditional teaching methods with modern educational technologies and an extensive outdoor learning program. Special attention is paid to the development of communication skills, collaboration, and problem-solving through project-based activities and interdisciplinary research. The main objectives of the institution include establishing a strong academic foundation, fostering a sustainable love for learning, and developing students' character in a supportive and inspiring environment. RGS Surrey Hills makes a significant contribution to the region's educational system, offering high-quality preparatory education valued for its balanced approach to child development.

My younger brother is studying at Box Hill School. We have already addressed SMAPSE to orhanize his trip and now we're planning to do it once more.   Smapse is exactly one of the best agents - with the highest quality of their work they do not even charge a commission for enrollment: as true partners of foreign schools, they do not work as intermediaries, which saved us a lot of money. At the same time, all necessary procedures were carried out as quickly as possible, without delays, everything was on time: came, chose a school, collected documents, passed exams, etc. Parents liked the approach of SMAPSE specialists when choosing a school: it was clear that they know exact features, carefully listened to our wishes and inquiries and chose the options exactly "for us". It's nice when you see such an individual approach to each client, not put on the flow of selection.

The child began his studies at this school this September. The school was chosen for quite a long time, I wanted to find a school option with a good attitude towards foreigners and at the same time, so that discipline was present. On Facebook, the son met the children who studied there. They spoke well of the school. We decided to try to pass the entrance exams in December. The exam was 2 days before the school went on vacation, so all the holidays were held in anticipation of the results) In early January, we were confirmed that we were ready to accept us. Neither we nor the child regret the choice of school. It's a bit hard so far with English, but the extra lessons help.

My daughter studied at this school for a year. Overall, the school left a good impression. Of course, there are problems. During the year during which the child studied, quite a lot of new teachers came, the staff changed dramatically. Our child does not quickly get used to people, and then it turned out that one teacher, with whom the daughter had a particularly good relationship, retired. The child, of course, was upset, motivation decreased, since it was not possible to establish the same connection with the new teacher. As a result, we decided to transfer the child to another school. Before leaving, there were rumors that the director was also going to leave. The school would be very good if they could solve the problem with the turnover of personnel.

My son studied at Box Hill from 2018 to 2019 for which I thank SMAPS very much! Initially, a good school with a boarding house near London was considered. Colleges only for foreigners did not suit us. I immediately liked the school very much in appearance. 8 months before admission, the agency organized a visit for us. Very sympathetic to the staff and the director personally. The area near the school is really beautiful, it is convenient to get from London. During his time at school, his son finally became friends with mathematics, although in the Russian school he always had problems with it. For family reasons, we had to interrupt our studies in England, but we remember BoxHill with fondness.
