I studied here for a bachelor's degree program in business management. There were no doubts about the choice of the university. USF is probably the most popular option in South Florida if you're not chasing tops. I did not consider the tops, because I cannot call myself a brilliant student from the point of view of study. In addition, USF was recommended by many acquaintances and curators at the NordBroward school, where I studied. I've always liked USF for its ratio of academics to student life. But among my acquaintances there were those who chose the latter and then had a lot of problems with closing debts on modules. Therefore, here you need to be able to combine. Teachers and staff usually meet halfway and are ready to help, but outright truants are very disliked here.
Read in fullI want to leave my feedback about the Faculty of Mathematics, as there is an opinion among the people that USF is more about the fun life of students. I studied in the bachelor's course for 4 years, and I can say that, as far as the exact sciences are concerned, the university is taught at a serious and high level. Most people who study mathematics study physics or engineering at the same time. Classes are held in one of the oldest buildings on campus. On the one hand, it's cool, on the other hand, there were interruptions with WI-FI. The university is very intensively engaged in research in the field of science, and the program itself at the Faculty of Mathematics is quite complex. The teachers are really experts and are well versed in their fields. However, some teachers explain the material too difficult in my opinion.
Read in fullI love my university very much. I did a bachelor's degree in management and now I am studying for a master's degree in the same direction. What amazes me most here is the diversity of students and teachers. There are a lot of students and teachers from all over the world at my faculty. And it really gives a unique experience of communicating with people with different backgrounds. The campus is beautiful, I got used to its size for probably six months, at first I was constantly lost)
