Read in fullVistula is awful. The programs are dull and empty. They are looking more like some "Free online courses". The teachers can take like 3 after the semester is over to finally give you your scores for that semester. Even if you have passed amazingly and in time. The Dean office is full of Ukrainian people, and their English is not even close to be "good". For any questions they have the same reply "Write a ticket to the system and we will handle it". And they don't usually. The university is not supporting, the scholarship scoring system is unclear and biased. But, if you just want to buy a diploma for very decent money - Vistula is your choice.
